You can get into hard to reach areas. places, beside conveyors, up and over partitions, into very small openings down to 3" diameter and more. The pail can also be easily moved slightly to capture oil in the all to common, split sump areas, due to it's portability.
3. Tramp oil will never overflow on the floor.
This is due to our VariClean gravity separating pail. There is a great deal of cost savings from this advantage alone as detailed more in our literature.
4. Fully portable.
You can skim several machines with one unit and due to the portability, OSHA allows extension cords.

You can add the pivot extension if desired at any time to replace the standard hanging belts if so desired.

Chips and fines fall into the pail, and we also offer an inexpensive internal bag filter can be added for cast iron or other fine particulates.

275 gallon totes, recycling tanks, 55 gallon drums and many other containers can be skimmed. You may need to request a custom length belt for you application.

Our maximum belt temperature rating is 140 degrees. The Variaxe Skimmers work very well around that temperature or under, and parts come out much cleaner when that waste oil is removed from part surfaces.
